Effective as of: 26th May 2008 Goods remain the property of Solace Productions until the invoice amount is paid in full or cheques have cleared. Warranty provides protection from faulty goods only, and does not apply when damage is caused by power surges, electrical storms, or other sources external to the computer system or goods purchased. Warranty is not transferable. Manufacturer's warranty may still apply after transfer. 24 Hours notice must be given for late changes to avoid a re-scheduling fee for set dates of filming, equipment set-up and pack downs for all functions and events. Warranty will be void if goods or warranty label are found tampered with. Warranty does not cover the damage to other equipment used in conjunction with goods. The original invoice is to be presented for any warranty claims. Due to changes and upgrades in computer hardware and software, parts listed in packages may not be available at time of the construction. Faster and newer components may be chosen to replace older parts. All prices within the Solace Productions web site are in 'AU' Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST. All Video and electrical equipment conforms to the PAL format (625 lines/25fps). All connections for mains power are 240V/50Hz. A minimum of 28 days written notice must be provided for any closure or termination of a web site that Solace Productions is hosting. Technical support (Level 1 and 2) for computer systems can only be contracted for three years maximum from the initial purchase. All Procell/Duracell battery products have a six month warranty from date of purchase, unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Reduced capacity not holding charge, can be a result of memory effect and is not a claim under warranty. This memory effect can be overcome by microprocessor controlled battery conditioning achieved by a smart conditioner charging unit. The above terms and conditions are subject to change.
