Level 0 - Bronze Support
This level of support comes free with all new system builds. The aim is provided the customer with the support they require during the first few months to ensure they get the most out of their new system.
- Telephone or E-mail support (9 - 5 Mon to Fri).
- On-site support where required.
- Hardware and software fault investigation.
- Faulty hardware replacement (as per hardware warranty policy).
- 1 Free System Health Check and Report at the conculsion of support period.
- Notification of hardware drive updates.
- Notification of OS or application software updates.

Level 1 - Silver Support
This level of support offers a partial coverage for users familiar with computers that
would like the re-assurance of having technical support if needed for the applications
of the computer.
- 2 hours per month of Telephone or E-mail support (9 - 5 Mon to Fri).
- Total of 4 hours on-site support free.
- 1 Free System Health Check and Report.
- Notification of hardware drive updates.
- Notification of OS or application software updates.
- Training discount.
- Exclusive discount on selected sales, offers and upgrades.

Level 2 - Gold Support
This level of support offers full coverage for the computer and the software installed on the editing system. With an annual tune up and unlimited phone and E-mail support that is the hassle free, providing the most peace of mind option.
- Unlimited Telephone or E-mail support (9 - 5 Mon to Fri).
- Total of 8 hours on-site support free.
- 2 Free System Health Checks and Report.
- Notification and free installation of hardware drive updates.
- Notification and free installation of OS or application software updates.
- Additional Training discount.
- Exclusive discount on selected sales, offers and upgrades.

Additional Support Service
- All support services only available for systems purchased from Solace Productions.
- All on-site support (including upgrade, health checks, training and deliveries) only
available to Melbourne customers.
- Support level rates for Silver and Gold contracts are based on half of hourly rate.
- Training rates are double the hourly date. This helps cover the preparation required for training sessions.
- System Health checks should include 2 hours on-site gathering data and applying any
fixes and 1 hour off-site to write report.
- Additional fixes and imrovements would require an additional on-site visit that the
customer would have to pay for if they want to implement fixes.
